APPLY LA CITE COLLEGIALE — La Cite Collegiale is Ontario’s first French-language college of applied arts and technology. It has been successful in imparting quality education to its students who come from all parts of the world. BEFORE YOU APPLY LA CITE COLLEGIALE
Applications should be submitted as early as possible in the applications cycle, which commences in January of each year.
Before applying to La Cite be informed that general undergraduate admission requires La Cite and Le Bac to be enrolled. Note that an overall GPA of 65% or higher in 30-level classes (or equivalencies). Therefore, the Management of the La Cite Collegiale encourages prospective students to apply online via application form (Hard-Copy) early as possible for the 2022 academic year. Every student who wants to start a new qualification must apply for admission at the La Cité collégiale Via their online application Portal. This La Cité collégiale online application window is open for;
- First-time La Cité collégiale applicants
- La Cité collégiale students changing to a new qualification and/or specialization
- Applicants who previously applied for admission and were not offered a space or who were offered a space accepted the offer and did not register
- students completing a higher certificate or any other programme and who wish to continue with further undergraduate studies
Applicant must note the following:
- The application processing fee is $110.00 (non-refundable).
- An application allows you up to 5 program choices (no more than 3 at any one college).
- All program choices must start within the same academic year (August-July).
- There may be additional fees to request transcripts.
- Your username is permanent.
- Your password must be between 8 and 14 characters in length.
- Use a valid email address.
- Do not create more than one account.
PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
La Cite Collegiale accepts online application for all the programs offered by La Cite. The students can apply for the courses through the websites of La Cite. The students are required to pay an application fee of $95 and along with it, necessary documents are to be submitted. the documents that need to be submitted are official transcripts, academic documents and academic aptitude results.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Fall application deadlines can be set as early as November of the previous year. This means, if an applicant is aiming at attending the Fall 2023 admission session, the application deadlines will typically end in November 2022.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT
In order to apply La Cité collégiale Online Application, you will need the followings:
- A working email address
- your South African identity number
- If you are an international applicant, your passport number
- Go to https://www.collegelacite.ca/nos-programmes
- If you are unable to apply online, you may submit a paper application by printing forms from the links below and sending them to the Admissions Office at the address indicated on the right.
HOW TO APPLY APPLY LA CITE COLLEGIALE AS A DOMESTIC APPLICANT
Domestic applicants should follow the instructions below to apply La Cite Collegiale:
- Log in to your account.
- Fill in your personal information and educational history.
- Add your program choices.
- Request your Transcripts. (If you’re a current Ontario high school student, most high schools automatically send your grades to us.)
- Pay the application processing fee and any transcript fees.
- Log back in to verify your transcript information, or to make changes or updates to your application. (Changing your program choices after February 1 may affect your chances of receiving an offer, as applications will be considered first-come, first-served. Note that removing a program choice will notify the college you are no longer interested in that choice.)
- Log back in after November 1 to view and confirm offers of admission.

HOW TO APPLY APPLY LA CITE COLLEGIALE AS AN INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT
You may apply to any program offered by an Ontario public college that has seats available for international applicants if you meet the college’s admission and English proficiency requirements. Please note that priority is given to permanent residents of Ontario and Canada for admission to highly competitive programs. Some programs on ontariocolleges.ca may appear open to Canadian residents, but will be closed to international applicants if no international seats are available.

AFTER YOU APPLY LA CITE COLLEGIALE
La Cite Collegiale release their admission decisions at different times. Depending on when you apply, you might get the admission results as early as February, or as late as April. It can be a long and frustrating wait to receive your decision. Not all application deadlines end this early, but most fall between December and February, which is still several months before you can start your studies.
